Staff may use this page to request Scantrons and Green Book Testing Booklets for instructional use. All testing materials are provided at no cost to CRC departments.
Ordering Instructions
- Select the desired quantity for each item from the drop-down menus below.
- Scantrons are available in increments of 25.
- Green Book Testing Booklets are available in increments of 50.
- Please order only the quantity needed to help ensure materials remain available for all departments.
- Once your request has been submitted, it will be processed by Campus Receiving.
- You will be notified when your order is ready for pickup or delivery.
