Description

This presentation will emphasize the importance of students getting connected through the Hawk Connections form, which links them to CRC’s network of student support programs. We will also clarify how Hawk Connections and Early Alert work together—student involvement enables accurate routing, while Early Alert provides the structured follow-up that ensures academically struggling students receive timely, personalized support. By connecting early and being part of the appropriate program, students are better positioned to receive the academic and personal resources they need to succeed.
