This workshop highlights key insights and reflections gained from attending the National Conference on Race and Ethnicity in American Higher Education (NCORE). Presenters from the Dream Center and the Native American Higher Education Resource (NAHER) Center will share their collaborative approaches that strengthen student support programs within the district, which they presented at NCORE. Participants will explore strategies for sustaining intersectional spaces, promoting professional development, and fostering collaboration among departments to better support student success.
