Participants will experience a communication process to build community and engage in a critical conversation to increase understanding of forms of oppression and how to interrupt oppressive comments.

The “unlearning goals” include:

To create brave spaces for dialogue
To unpack social justice concepts in community
To increase understanding of systems of oppression
To take action in creating a more just environment
